Mr. Basem Mohammed Bahloul

Mr. Basem Bahloul is an executive with extensive experience in Human Resources and Shared Services. He currently serves as Group People & Culture Vice President at Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. (GO Group), in addition to his role as a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee for Jazan Development & Investment Co. (JAZADCO). Prior to his current engagements, he held senior leadership positions, including Human Capital Strategy Vice President at National Water Co. (NWC) and Human Capital Executive Director at Tatweer Educational Holding Co. Mr. Bahloul's core areas of expertise include HR and Shared Services strategy, operating model development, organizational planning, and corporate governance.
